Each year we offer Tradeshow advertising opportunities for optimum visibility during our busy Fall Tradeshow. Show
programs are mailed directly to pre-registered booksellers approximately ten days before each show and complimentary book bags are handed to all show attendees as they enter the show floor.

**BuzzBooks program runs Education Day through day one on the show floor.

The direct mail list is available in two formats, self-stick labels or Excel file.
1) Self-stick labels are arranged in zip-code order and sold for one-time use. We ask that you sign a contract, agreeing to these terms.     Labels may not be reproduced and may only be used once.
2) Excel format, for your permanent and repeated use.

Target distribution of free review copies of forthcoming books. Send ARCs or galleys directly to bookstore buyers in the Northwest through PNBA’s Northwest New Title Preview. For $125, PNBA will include your book in an on-line listing of new and regional titles with jacket art, blurb, and a linked email address of your contact person who will respond to bookseller requests.
